Are you consistent?
I find this question amusing because once I ask it, people immediately think of something.
Perhaps going to the gym, meditating, creating content, sending resumes, cooking at home, avoiding social media, etc.
What came to your head?
And… are you consistent?
If not, what can you do to be consistent?

I’m officially in France now! I’ve shared before I was moving to France for three months… and I’m here already :) Any French from that side?
Super excited for this new adventure!
Speaking of adventures…
I was reflecting on the image you see below — the progression from the comfort to the fear, to the learning, and finally, to the growth zone.
It is interesting that what we fear the most is moving away from the comfort zone. However, once we get past the “fear”, we experience something much more exciting — the phase in which we get to learn new things and improve ourselves!
Something I’ve found helpful to skip from the comfort to the learning zone faster is to brainstorm all the things I get to learn once I leap.
Yes, I fear leaving my comfort zone. But what will I learn by exposing myself to this situation?
